Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation seeks a Security Specialist II to support and administer organizational security operations. You will implement procedures to protect personnel and assets, using cameras, access controls, and intrusion detectors, while processing clearances and conducting investigations in line with NISPOM.

Ideal candidates have strong security knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in teams within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience, or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Above-average technical security knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with access control/visit control/badge management systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer physical security operations across the organization.
• Operate security systems including cameras, access controls, and intrusion detectors.
• Process program security clearances and manage investigations.
• Handle classified information in compliance with NISPOM.
