Job summary

Armada Ltd. is seeking a Security Specialist - PERSEC to manage personnel security eligibility, track clearances, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements. You will provide PAR support for US and international programs and coordinate with DoD offices and contractors.

The role involves maintaining records, updating databases, and ensuring timely documentation of eligibility and access levels for onsite personnel. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's Degree in relevant field; or a bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of personnel security policies, clearance requirements, eligibility standards, and DoD procedures.
• Experience with Program Access Requests and PAR coordination for US and international teams.
• Ability to work with government security offices and contractor personnel to support operations.
• Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel security files in accordance with government standards.
• Update clearance and access databases for accurate eligibility records.
• Provide PAR management support: coordination, documentation, tracking.
• Support international PAR processing at F-35 JPO HQ in Crystal City for proper handling.
• Manage personnel clearance and resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Ensure onsite staff hold current clearances aligned with access levels.
• Monitor clearance status in the DoD system of record and coordinate updates.
