The role requires handling DoD and program-specific access requirements and ensuring compliant documentation. The successful candidate will have Top Secret with SCI clearance, at least 10 years of related experience, and a Master's degree or a Bachelor's plus 4 years.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining personnel security files and databases per government standards.
• Ability to track clearance eligibility and ensure program access compliance.
• Experience with PAR processes and international program access coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel security files and records per government standards.
• Assist with updating clearance and access databases for accuracy.
• Provide PAR management support, including coordination and tracking.
• Support international PARs at the F‑35 JPO Headquarters as needed.
• Provide personnel clearance management support and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure onsite personnel hold current clearances aligned with access needs.
• Monitor clearance status and coordinate updates with DoD systems.
• Maintain logs and administrative files to support compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
