Job summary

Axon is seeking a Project Manager to own and accelerate nationwide ALPR infrastructure permitting, guiding complex regulatory approvals across multiple states and AHJs.

You will partner with engineering, deployment, legal, and customer success teams to design scalable, compliant processes and reduce risk. Strong regulatory knowledge and excellent communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, remote role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing infrastructure, utility, or construction permitting in enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, ICC Permit Technician, OSHA 30, NFPA, LEED preferred.
• Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Asana and permit tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end permitting workflows across multiple states and municipalities.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable tracking and reporting tools.
• Lead engagement with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Provide permitting forecasts and impact guidance to project teams.
