Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture and/or Design.
• At least 3 years of experience working with construction plans and specifications, budgeting, estimating and scheduling.
• Experience with CAD Software.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improves processes and collaborates with internal and external partners to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Leads cross-functional teams and delivers results while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert in consultant contracts and design standards development and enforcement.
• Creates and maintains Company Unified Design Standards, including Guidelines, Architecture and Engineering Standards and Technical Manuals.
• Applies value engineering to lifecycle and occupancy costs through standardization.
• Reports progress and incorporates lessons learned into standards and practices.
• Supports current technical needs within the discipline and drives future enhancements.
• Brings innovation to future project development within the discipline.
