Job summary

Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest law firms in the United States, seeks an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support a high-volume PERM practice.

Under attorney supervision, you will draft, compile, and file PERM applications, manage case facts, correspondence, and client documents, and collaborate with multiple attorneys. A minimum of 5+ years PERM experience and strong MS Word/Outlook/INSZoom skills are required. Remote work is possible within states with offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• 5+ years of PERM experience, preferably in a large law firm.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision.
• Compile and analyze case facts; draft correspondence.
• Maintain and organize client documentation; manage files.
• Communicate with multiple attorneys to coordinate filings.
