Job summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our large business immigration team. Under attorney supervision, you will prepare and file high-volume PERM applications and manage client documentation.

This role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with access to technology and ongoing training; remote options are available for candidates who reside where we have offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program.
• 5+ years of PERM experience, preferably in a large law firm.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, ability to work independently toward team goals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications.
• Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain client documentation.
• Communicate directly with multiple attorneys under attorney supervision.
• Work in a collegial, collaborative environment with innovative technology and ongoing training.
