Job summary

Ogletree Deakins, a leading international law firm, seeks an Immigration Paralegal to support a busy PERM practice. You will draft and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision and coordinate with multiple attorneys while organizing client documentation.

Qualified applicants have 5+ years of PERM experience in a large firm, excellent writing and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 5+ years of experience drafting and preparing PERM applications is required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision.
• Compile and analyze case facts; draft correspondence and organize client documentation.
• Communicate with multiple attorneys to coordinate case strategy and deadlines.
