Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to drive performance testing across banking and financial services projects from Pennington, NJ. You will document requirements, design software with the team, and implement robust test strategies for IVR, APIs, and middleware.

Responsibilities include coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and delivering clear performance analyses to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and relocation flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with progression considered in lieu of education.
• Experience in performance testing and SDLC activities across projects.
• Knowledge of IVR, middleware, APIs, databases, and infra layers.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and guide design discussions.
• Code, review, and maintain software with focus on stability.
• Develop test strategies, coordinate bug fixes and performance analysis.
• Create training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Monitor production issues and propose preventive improvements.
• Track performance benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs across projects.
