Job summary
Synechron is seeking a Performance Test Architect with strong IVR testing expertise to lead performance engineering for large-scale customer interaction platforms in Charlotte, NC. The role involves defining strategies, designing workload models, and guiding end-to-end performance testing across enterprise applications.
You will collaborate with architecture, development, DevOps, and business teams, analyze metrics, and provide tuning recommendations to ensure highly available and scalable voice
Qualifications
- QA/Performance Testing experience with an Architect role.
- Strong experience testing IVR systems and performance testing tools.
- Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and working with cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise-wide performance testing strategies and frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end performance testing for enterprise applications.
- Design workload models, test plans, and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Analyze bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing across teams.
