Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to lead performance management design, execution, and continuous improvement. You will partner with the Director of Talent Enablement to shape and measure programs, driving adoption and outcomes across a large, distributed organization.

Primary focus on PM; development, culture, and engagement are secondary. Experience with Workday and HRIS collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, OD, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in performance/talent management or HR.
• Experience designing or enhancing performance management programs.
• Experience administering Workday performance workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to measure program outcomes and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and manage change across a distributed org.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance management lifecycle: goal setting, reviews, calibration, and ratings.
• Lead calibration across the organization to ensure equitable outcomes.
• Design and maintain PM frameworks, tools, resources, and processes.
• Provide resources and coaching to managers for year-round performance conversations.
• Develop performance improvement processes aligned with talent, succession, and rewards.
