Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to own performance management, calibration, and continuous improvement of related programs. You will partner with the Director of Talent Enablement to shape design, measurement, and adoption at scale across our distributed workforce.

Development, culture, and engagement initiatives connect to performance outcomes, with HR leadership collaboration to strengthen development, succession, and manager capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in performance or talent management, HR, or OD.
• Experience designing or enhancing performance management.
• Experience in Workday HRIS or partnering with HRIS teams.
• Strong data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance management lifecycle: goals, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, calibration.
• Lead calibration discussions to ensure equitable outcomes across leaders.
• Design and maintain performance frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Build a culture of continuous feedback and development planning.
• Configure and optimize Workday Performance with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of programs in a distributed organization.
