Job summary

TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, seeks a Sr. Performance Strategist, Collections, to diagnose performance shifts across an AI-driven recovery platform. You will translate data findings into actionable recommendations to optimize liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes while collaborating with Strategy, Data Science, and AI tooling teams.

You will lead what-if analyses, design experiments, and shape client narratives, operating in a remote-first environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics with funnel/lifecycle diagnosis, cohort/curve analysis, or channel optimization.
• Strong ability to trace root causes deep into software systems and rule configurations.
• Advanced SQL skills to navigate complex schemas and build datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own Performance Diagnosis across clients, portfolios, and channels.
• Trace system mechanics beyond data to pinpoint defects or strategy gaps.
• Translate root-cause insights into actionable recommendations and push into production with Strategy Manager.
• Lead revenue planning and forecasting with what-if analyses and scenario modeling.
• Design and evaluate experiments with defined thresholds and structured readouts.
• Present defensible narratives to clients and leadership teams.
