Job summary

TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, seeks a strategic leader to design, launch, and optimize multidimensional collections across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service channels.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Operations to improve recovery metrics while ensuring compliance with FDCPA, Regulation F, and TCPA, leveraging AI and analytics to drive testing and iteration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer finance or lending, including 5+ years in consumer debt collections and collections strategy.
• Deep understanding of collection levers, prioritization, and channel optimization.
• Ability to build evidence-based business cases to secure product prioritization.
• Solid working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA) to design compliant strategies.
• Familiar with champion/challenger testing, AI tools, and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau); experience with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy end-to-end from identification to design, testing, launch, and optimization of collections initiatives.
• Design multi-channel treatments across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service.
• Bridge strategy and execution by translating concepts into clear requirements for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Drive cross-functional momentum with Data Science, Client Management, Contact Center Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance.
• Monitor delivery, engagement, payment conversion, and plan break rates to improve recovery outcomes.
• Leverage modern AI and analytics to accelerate hypothesis testing and build repeatable testing frameworks.
