Zusammenfassung

TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, seeks a senior strategy leader in a remote-first role to craft and optimize multidimensional collections strategies. You will translate signals into actions across channels, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to improve liquidation and payment conversion.

The role emphasizes AI-driven hypothesis testing, regulatory awareness (FDCPA/Reg F/TCPA), and a data-driven approach to performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

8+ years in consumer finance or lending, including 5+ years in debt collections strategy.
Strong understanding of collection levers and channel optimization.
Regulatory familiarity with FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA.
Experience collaborating across Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Aufgaben

Own collections strategy end-to-end from opportunity identification to launch and optimization.
Design multi-channel treatments across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service.
Bridge strategy and execution with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Drive cross-functional momentum with Data Science, Client Management, and Compliance.
Monitor delivery, engagement, and payment conversion to improve recovery outcomes.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate hypothesis development and testing frameworks.
