Job summary

Socure is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Performance to design and operate Socure’s performance system, driving goal-setting, check-ins, feedback, recognition, and reviews.

You will partner with the People Team on talent planning, calibration, and action planning, leveraging AI-enabled tools and data to scale a high-trust culture. The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in program or HR/People programs, strong analytics, and the ability to work with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in program management, performance management, or HR/People programs.
• Experience owning end-to-end performance or talent programs from design to execution.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and improve Socure’s performance operating system end-to-end.
• Administer and optimize performance platforms and ensure adoption.
• Build calibration processes and partner with stakeholders on enablement and bias mitigation.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to surface trends for leadership decisions.
• Create playbooks, templates, and communications to standardize the cycle.
