Job summary

Socure is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Performance to design, run, and continually improve its performance operating system. This hands-on role leads goal-setting, feedback loops, and performance reviews, while partnering on talent planning data such as calibration and mapping.

The ideal candidate blends program management with people analytics fluency and can scale a high-adoption, high-trust performance culture using AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8+ years of experience in program or performance management in tech.
• Experience owning end-to-end performance or talent programs.
• Knowledge of talent planning concepts and performance data.
• Proficiency in people analytics and data storytelling.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience configuring performance platforms (e.g., 15Five, Lattice, Workday).
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the performance operating system — goal-setting, progress check-ins, continuous feedback, recognition, and performance reviews/assessments — from cycle design and calendar through configuration, communications, training, and post-cycle retrospective.
