You will develop scalable ambassador systems, negotiate partnerships, and optimize performance with data-driven decision making, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand omni-channel value and long-term

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing for high-growth brands.
• Proven track record managing $500k+ annual influencer budgets.
• Experience building ambassador/creator programs with hundreds of active creators.
• Strong understanding of revenue, profitability, and attribution in marketing.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale an influencer marketing program with a $500k+ annual budget and achieve ROAS targets.
• Develop scalable creator acquisition strategies across multiple channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, email sponsorships).
• Build and manage a 500+ creator ambassador network and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Transform product goals into creator briefs and omni-channel campaigns.
• Build scalable reporting, analytics, and partnerships processes.
