Job summary

Heart & Soil is seeking a Sr. Influencers & Partnerships Manager to own and scale our influencer, affiliate, and publisher partnerships programs.

You will lead strategy, performance, systems, and execution across a multi-tier partner ecosystem, hands-on and in a player–coach role. You will own the inputs and performance of the full-funnel influencer program, manage publisher Affiliate programs, and coach a mid-level Influencer Associate while coordinating with external partners and agencies

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience building or scaling influencer or affiliate programs.
• Hands-on experience with influencer/affiliate platforms and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel influencer program inputs and performance (sourcing, seeding, outreach, onboarding, account management, UGC & whitelisting, campaign management).
• Develop and manage publisher-side affiliate programs with accountability for performance and impact.
• Improve automation and efficiency across workflows and performance metrics.
• Lead partnerships strategy across multiple tiers, including high-profile talent and commission-based affiliates.
• Act as player-coach: set strategy, execute daily/weekly, mentor internal teams and partner agencies.
• Design, optimize, and maintain systems and tools powering a scalable partnerships program.
• Negotiate favorable deals with external partners and agencies; ensure alignment with brand value and ROI.
