Job summary

S&S Activewear seeks a Sr Organizational Development Specialist to own performance management design, delivery, and continuous improvement across our distributed U.S. teams.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role partnering with the Director of Talent Enablement to shape programs, metrics, and adoption using Workday analytics. The role also covers development, culture, and engagement initiatives, translating insights into practical tools and experiences that drive performance outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR/Organizational Development.
• 2+ years in performance management or HR.
• Experience with designing and implementing performance management programs.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS integration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle.
• Lead calibration processes across the organization.
• Design, enhance, and maintain performance management frameworks and tools.
• Build a culture of continuous feedback with leaders.
• Develop and administer performance improvement processes.
