Job summary

WD is seeking a highly collaborative performance and talent development specialist to deliver an enterprise performance management experience that builds high performing teams and fosters a culture of innovation at WD.

This role reports to the Director of Performance in Talent Development and Inclusion and will partner with a variety of stakeholders to deliver year-round performance programming where performance and development are managed continuously.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in Talent Development at a global company.
• Master’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, I/O psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to build performance experiences and resources that drive behavioral change.
• Strong analytics, communications, and presentation skills.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams and AI-driven learning transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round performance processes aligned with WD goals and culture.
• Create digital and AI program content and tools for self-directed learning.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual education to prepare managers and employees for performance processes.
• Partner with HR and regional teams to localize resources and drive adoption.
• Define measurement tactics and data visualization to show program impact.
• Develop change management assets to support adoption of performance initiatives.
• Ensure fair outcomes and minimize bias in performance programs.
• Collect voice of the business and employees to inform strategy.
