Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with two years relevant experience.
• Active RD/RDN credential and Florida license eligibility within 3 months.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nutrition education for student-athletes and Olympic sports teams.
• Coordinate meal operations and fueling stations; ensure NCAA compliance.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, dining services, coaches; provide nutrition education sessions.
• Supervise nutrition support staff, interns, and volunteers.
