Job summary

The University of Central Florida Athletics - Sports Medicine department seeks a nutrition professional to lead the administration, organization, and supervision of the sports nutrition program and meal operations for student-athletes under NCAA rules.

Responsibilities include delivering nutrition education, collaborating with medical and performance staff, managing fueling stations, ensuring NCAA compliance, supervising interns and staff, and supporting performance through evidenced-based

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization or a bachelor's degree with two years of experience
• Active RD/RDN credential and Florida license within first 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Oversee nutrition education for student-athletes and teams
• Collaborate with medical and sports performance staff on nutrition strategies
• Manage Garvy Nutrition Center and fueling stations for athletes
• Ensure NCAA compliance in nutrition products and plans
• Supervise interns and nutrition support staff
