Job summary

University of Central Florida invites applications for a 12-month, non-tenure earning lecturer position in Health Sciences. The candidate will teach undergraduate nutrition courses, mentor students, and contribute to a new graduate program in Nutrition Science and Dietetics.

The selected candidate will also serve as Undergraduate Program Coordinator, coordinating curriculum review and assessment, engaging with faculty and staff, and supporting student recruitment and success in a collaborative

Qualifications

RDN credential required with substantial teaching experience.
At least two academic years as instructor of record.
Experience in curriculum development and academic program administration.
Face-to-face on-campus teaching expected.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate courses including a GE-approved nutrition course and a senior Health Sciences seminar.
Contribute to instruction for the forthcoming Nutrition Science and Dietetics Coordinated Program.
Serve as Undergraduate Program Coordinator and support curriculum review and assessment.
Coordinate review/maintenance of GE courses to align with standards and outcomes.
Participate in committees, governance, and interprofessional education initiatives.
