Job summary

Yahoo Inc. is seeking a Performance Measurement Lead to join the Yahoo Ads Performance Measurement team and scale advanced measurement adoption with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients.

You will translate analytics into strategic optimization plans and help develop case studies that support GTM narratives. Working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science, and GTM, you will champion adoption, automate repetitive reporting, and deliver executive-ready insights that drive revenue

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising measurement, performance marketing analytics, or attribution modeling.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience with influencing executive-level clients, managers, and sellers.
• Deep knowledge of privacy and signal-loss ecosystems (cookie deprecation, privacy sandboxes, consent frameworks, clean rooms).
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-ready visualizations and GTM narratives.
• Experience using generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, NotebookLM, Gemini) to speed data synthesis and automate deck prep.
• Proven project management with multi-stakeholder initiatives across technical and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a research menu of custom measurement solutions (incrementality, lift, MTA, in-flight optimization).
• Translate analytics into strategic media optimization recommendations (bid, budget, audience, creative, channel mix).
• Integrate enterprise AI tools into measurement workflows to analyze signals and produce case studies.
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across reporting, deck generation, and sales enablement.
• Develop and manage relationships with external research providers for seamless execution.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science, and GTM teams to champion adoption.
• Iterate research efficacy by translating field feedback into best practices.
• Analyze diverse datasets and distill insights into visuals, presentations, and case studies.
