Job summary

You will own performance tracking, trend analysis and data-driven recommendations to maximize monetization across strategic initiatives, while driving efficiency and cost reductions in finance and IT

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from start to finish with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to identify revenue-improvement opportunities while tracking industry and tech trends.
• Track record of executing revenue projects with prioritized RPM optimization and user experience balance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to decide in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, ad-tech and product teams to optimize all revenue levers.
• Track performance and pace of monetization channels, balancing business, advertiser and user needs.
• Share progress against goals, measure trends and impact, and recommend improvements.
• Develop strategies, processes and plans that measure and maximize overall revenue growth.
• Partner closely with product and business units to design solutions that meet market needs.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements across finance, IT, sales and other functions.
