Senior Performance Marketing Strategist, Growth

We are looking for passionate individuals eager to drive growth through performance marketing channels. As the Growth Acquisition Performance Marketing Manager, you will be part of a data-driven marketing team focused on revenue growth via top-of-funnel marketing channels and paid media sources. You will own the SEM channel, making strategic decisions to foster new user growth and ROI-positive revenue. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels including SEM, social media, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experiment with new and existing channels to identify and scale high-performing initiatives into sustainable acquisition engines.
  • Improve attribution models, marketing technology, and automation to maximize efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, marketing operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience and foster cross-functional improvements.
  • Lead A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Present performance marketing insights and results in weekly reviews with the Executive Leadership Team to align strategies and inform decisions.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level paid search and social strategy, campaign management, and budget oversight.
  • Experience implementing internal advertising tools.
  • Proven success in increasing ROI and revenue at scale.
  • Strong reporting skills and ability to communicate results clearly.
  • Team-oriented with excellent cross-collaboration skills.
  • Proactive communicator with clear planning and goal articulation.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, including MRR and payback periods.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and X; experience with affiliate programs, Display, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus.
