Fortis Media is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for highly regulated industries. You will own paid media strategy and execution across client accounts, working directly with clients to drive improvements and growth.

In this remote role, you will lead campaign structures, budgets, testing roadmaps, and the application of data-driven optimisations across Meta, TikTok, and other channels. You will ensure robust tracking, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with the team

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience, agency environment preferred.
• Experience with paid social (Meta/TikTok) and programmatic across multiple DSPs.
• Strong commercial/analytical mindset linking media to revenue and CAC/LTV.
• Deep knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement setups (GA, GTM, pixels).
• Experience with Keitaro and potential cloaking is desirable, willingness to learn.
• Experience in regulated industries (iGaming, FinTech, Crypto) is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate and set up Business Managers across platforms.
