Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, craft direct-response copy, and coordinate with video editors to optimize funnels.

You will lead client conversations, develop testing strategies, and maintain accountability for performance, retention, and growth. Remote-friendly with strong emphasis on high-tier results in the finance sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end to end and lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, Calendly integrations, and lead-routing workflows.
