The role requires collaboration with UA specialists, designers, editors, and AI production teams to scale high‑quality assets in a fully remote, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production.
• Portfolio with high-performing creative assets supported by significant UA spend.
• Proficiency with AI-powered creative production tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, and Kling.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative affects performance.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with multiple products and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative production process for UA advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google, from initial brief through final assets.
• Translate data-driven ideas into precise creative briefs with clear direction.
• Provide actionable feedback with clear reasoning and performance context.
• Contribute to creative strategy by analyzing market trends and internal UA reports.
• Maintain a library of best practices and production guidelines for freelancers and agencies.
• Collaborate with UA teams to translate performance requirements into briefs and testing plans.
• Work with designers, editors, and AI production teams to produce high-quality assets at scale.
• Coordinate priorities and timelines with stakeholders to enable fast iteration cycles.
