Job summary

Wella Company is seeking a Sr Manager, Media to lead National and Retail Media across its US portfolio. The role blends brand and retailer objectives into integrated media plans to drive consumer demand and sales.

You will own media strategy, investment planning, agency leadership, and cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Influencer and Analytics teams. Hybrid work in NYC, NY or Calabasas, CA with 3 onsite days is expected; compensation range is $125,000–$145,000 plus

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in media across National and Retail/Commerce.
• Experience with Walmart Connect, Roundel (Target), Ulta Beauty Media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Track record managing multimillion-dollar media budgets and ROI targets.
• Experience leading agency relationships and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated National and Retail Media strategy for US brands.
• Translate objectives into data-driven media plans and investments.
• Oversee agency relationships, ensure campaign execution and optimization.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Influencer and Analytics teams.
