Job summary

GOAT is seeking a Sr Performance Marketing Specialist in New York to own paid social and video acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will craft the creative testing roadmap, leverage AI tools for strategic research, and oversee AI-driven workflows with the AVP of Growth.

In this role you will optimize targeting, bidding, and placements within platform models, generate performance reports, and translate insights into actionable creative direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience with Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience with incrementality and MMM to measure true lift.
• Ability to write briefs and plan creative testing roadmaps.
• Fluency with AI tooling and automated workflows in daily tasks.
• Experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or DTC businesses.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and dashboards (Pivot tables, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day paid social and video campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube: build campaigns, manage budget pacing, set audiences and placements, optimize against incrementality KPIs.
• Plan and execute the creative testing roadmap; write briefs and launch tests with readouts.
• Leverage AI tools for strategic research and operations; work with the AVP of Growth on AI workflows.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly creative performance reports.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative on asset needs and translate performance reads into actionable direction.
• Run structured tests (holdouts, geo splits, incrementality reads) and report results against platform metrics.
• Identify new formats, placements, and platform features for testing and rationale.
• Maintain final oversight before campaigns launch to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
