Job summary

Agoda is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to drive hotel bookings through large Meta Search Engine partnerships. You will own budgets, optimize bids, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.

The role emphasizes English communication, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage strategic advertiser relationships while leveraging Agoda APIs and transition strategies for revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in business development or account management within online marketing.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine partners.
• Independently manage accounts and relationships with MSE partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, bids, pricing strategies, and technical integration.
• Define strategies with Bidding and Pricing teams to drive ROI and revenue growth.
• Track performance KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
• Communicate results and insights to stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure Agoda APIs and related tech are implemented by advertisers.
• Understand the full booking funnel and conversion drivers between advertiser and Agoda.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers for growth.
