Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Performance Marketing professional focused on Meta Search Engine partnerships. You will own spend, manage advertiser relationships, and lead data-driven optimization to drive hotel bookings and revenue.

The role demands strong analytical skills, English communication, and BI tool proficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align bidding strategies with business goals and ensure successful API integrations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent experience in data-driven roles.
• Proven track record in business development and/or account management within online marketing.
• Proficient with BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Ability to communicate with senior management and external executives.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills to extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with major Meta Search Engine partners.
• Independently manage accounts and commercial relationships with MSE partners.
• Negotiate terms, bidding, pricing strategies, and technical integration.
• Define strategies with Bidding and Pricing teams to maximize ROI and revenue.
• Track performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights for optimization.
• Communicate results and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
