Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is expanding its Performance Marketing team and seeks a driven professional to lead Meta Search Engine partnerships and drive hotel bookings globally.

You will own budgets, optimize bidding, and collaborate with Bidding and Pricing to maximize ROI, while analyzing data to derive actionable insights for senior leadership. This remote role welcomes international candidates and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in online marketing or business development.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a Get it done attitude.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners
• Independently manage accounts
• Manage the commercial relationship with MSE partners, including commercial terms, bidding and pricing strategies, and technical implementation
• Decide in coordination with the Bidding and Pricing teams strategies that deliver ROIs and revenue growth
• Track detailed performance/KPIs and deliver regular data-driven actionable insights
• Succinctly communicate the results, ideas, and business statistics with different stakeholders
• Ensure the advertiser implements the right Agoda APIs and related technological innovations
• Be immersed and intimately familiar with the entire booking funnel including the user experience and conversion drivers
• Build long term relationships with advertisers that foster new opportunities and continuous growth in return from advertising dollars
