Responsibilities

• Performance Research and Development: Investigate system behavior to find bottlenecks, analyze results, and drive optimizations across code, database, and architecture.
• Performance Frameworks and Tooling: Design and maintain performance testing and data generation frameworks using k6, JavaScript, Grafana, and InfluxDB.
• Performance Best Practices: Define standards for optimization, scalability, and measurement, partnering with teams to shape approaches.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical docs and performance standards.
