NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Performance Engineering, to lead performance optimization across our cloud-scale platform. You will analyze code, databases, and architecture to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven improvements in latency, throughput, and resilience.

You'll build reusable tooling, define performance standards, and partner with engineering teams to ship fixes in code, queries, and deployment pipelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with production code contributions.
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture and data flow in complex systems.
• Deep experience with relational databases, indexing, and query optimization (PostgreSQL a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Perform system behavior analysis to identify bottlenecks and drive optimizations across code, DB, and architecture.
• Design and maintain performance testing and data-generation frameworks; integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and evolve standards for performance optimization, scalability, and measurement.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture decision records.
