IRIS KPO Resourcing Pvt Ltd (IRIS Software Group) is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to drive scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our applications and platforms. You will design and execute performance tests and partner with engineering teams to deliver high-performing, resilient systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to ensure performance is built into every stage of the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and web architectures.
• Experience analyzing system performance metrics (CPU, memory, I/O, latency, throughput).
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Create and maintain reusable performance test frameworks and scripts.
• Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and success criteria for critical systems.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Platform and Product teams.
