Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience (client and server-side).
• Hands-on experience with build/deployment pipelines (ADO, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform).
• Experience in production issue monitoring/resolution.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology programs, define milestones and success criteria, allocate resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Own security, stability and efficiency of the platform.
