Ideal Candidate

• Build and own the performance testing environment from the ground up, including tools, processes, and standards
• Lead load, stress, and soak testing using tools like K6, Artillery, or JMeter
• Define performance strategy, benchmarking baselines, and success metrics across systems
• Develop and scale automation frameworks and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify architectural risks, bottlenecks, and scalability issues early in the SDLC
• Translate performance metrics into clear, business‑impact insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to embed performance into delivery
• Help establish and grow a performance‑focused culture and team
