Maximus is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to lead performance testing across large healthcare tech programs. You will define test strategies, develop frameworks, create workload models, and evaluate scalability, reliability, and capacity.

This remote role collaborates with Development, Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, DB, Product, and Business teams to identify bottlenecks and validate improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of performance testing and engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale web, mobile, and API-driven applications.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JVM tuning, and performance optimization.
• Ability to design workload models and analyze performance data.

Aufgaben

• Lead performance testing activities including planning, workload modeling, and analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams to set NFRs and SLOs.
• Build realistic workload models from production usage data.
• Provide recommendations to improve scalability, reliability, and capacity.
