NewForm is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy and execution for our clients. You’ll own the process from performance insights to concepts, scripts, production, and iteration, building ads that connect with audiences and drive measurable results.

This in-office role is based in New York City. You’ll collaborate with editors and production teams, guide creatives, and stay ahead of culture and platform trends to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in performance creative strategy with measurable results.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities influencing performance.
• Analytical thinker who derives hypotheses from data.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and execution for assigned clients.
• Translate client goals and insights into creative tests.
• Lead concept development and scripting across hooks, angles, formats, and storytelling approaches.
• Guide in-house content team and external creators with clear briefs and feedback.
• Partner with editors to bring concepts to life with high quality.
