Qualifications

• Solid track record of 5-6 years in creating and producing paid and organic social content.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and modern design tools.
• Strong digital design portfolio across static and motion design for digital ad placements and campaigns.
• 3+ years planning and running in-studio shoots, from setup to lighting and capture.
• A holistic understanding of the social media landscape and ability to adapt trends to brand narratives.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Production budget management: ability to bid, forecast, and reconcile budgets.

Responsibilities

• Craft content with intent, shaping client visual identity, voice, and ethos to boost engagement.
• Brainstorm, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content in a lean structure.
• Monitor trends and translate them into brand narratives for relevance and innovation.
• Oversee post-production and QA: video edits, image selection, retouching, quality checks.
• Manage multiple projects with tight schedules and iterative feedback.
