Job summary

NewForm, The Creative Intelligence Company, is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy and execution for client campaigns in New York City. You will own the process from performance insights to scripts, production, and iteration, delivering measurable results.

You’ll work closely with clients and a content team, translating goals and audience data into compelling tests and concepts.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in performance creative strategy.
• Strong writer and storyteller with an understanding of hooks and pacing.
• Creative and analytical, turning performance data into hypotheses.
• Ability to own the full creative process from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and execution for assigned clients as the primary creative contact.
• Translate goals, audience insights, and performance data into test plans.
• Lead concept development and scripting across hooks, angles, formats, and storytelling.
• Guide in-house and external creators through production with clear briefs.
• Partner with editors to bring concepts to life and maintain high quality.
