Deloitte’s Strategy and Transactions – Performance Improvement & Restructuring (PI&R) seeks a Performance & Cost Improvement Senior Consultant to help clients achieve cost reduction and margin improvement through enterprise-wide transformation programs. You will lead engagements, analyze data, develop business cases, and prepare client-ready deliverables for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in management consulting—operations improvement or transformation.
4+ years in financial analysis using data from multiple sources.
4+ years building models in Excel/PowerPoint/Access/Visual Basic/Tableau/Visio.
Willingness to travel ~50% and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Lead small engagements or key workstreams focused on cost reduction and enterprise transformation.
Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify value creation, cost optimization, and performance improvement opportunities across the enterprise.
Develop business cases, pricing analyses, and financial models aligned to client objectives.
Coordinate workstreams, manage scope changes, and track progress against engagement objectives.
Present findings to client stakeholders and support implementation of recommendations.
