As a Performance & Cost Improvement Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams, analyze data, build business cases, and present recommendations that drive margin improvement and sustainable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting in operations improvement.
• 4+ years of financial analysis using data from multiple sources.
• 4+ years of modeling with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, Tableau.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams focused on cost reduction.
• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify opportunities.
• Support development of business cases, pricing analyses, and financial models.
• Plan and support transformation engagements across industries.
• Coordinate workstreams, manage scope changes, and track progress.
• Liaise between business needs and technology-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to proposal development.
