We provide end-to-end support and advisory services across performance improvement, cost transformation, turnaround, restructuring, and financial and operational transformation.

PI&R's Performance & Cost Improvement team identifies, evaluates, and implements enterprise-wide cost reduction and margin improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of management consulting in operations improvement or enterprise transformation focused on cost reduction
• 4+ years of financial analysis using data from multiple sources
• 4+ years of developing models in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, Tableau, or similar tools
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams within larger engagements on cost reduction and performance improvement
• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify value creation and cost optimization
• Support business-case development, pricing analyses, and financial models
• Plan and support transformation engagements across industries, coordinating workstreams and tracking progress
• Work with stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations and deliverables aligned to engagement requirements
