Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in management consulting with operations improvement or enterprise transformation focused on cost reduction.
• 4+ years in financial analysis using data from multiple sources.
• 4+ years of modeling with Excel/PowerPoint/Access/Visual Basic/Tableau.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams focused on cost reduction and enterprise transformation.
• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify value creation and performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing analyses, and financial models tailored to client objectives.
• Plan and support transformation engagements across industries and coordinate workstreams.
• Serve as liaison between business needs and technology-enabled solutions for implementation and execution.
• Contribute to proposals and other practice-building activities.
