Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in management consulting focusing on operations improvement or enterprise transformation.
• 4+ years building financial models and performing analysis across multiple data sources.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visual Basic, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across clients and industries.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams focused on cost reduction and operations improvement.
• Analyze operational, financial, and market data to identify value creation and performance opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing analyses, and financial models tailored to client objectives.
• Plan and support transformation engagements across industries, coordinating workstreams and tracking progress.
• Engage with client stakeholders to define issues and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals and practice-building activities as needed.
