• Strong systems and cloud performance depth.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-stack performance problems from browser to OS and establish standards.
• Define NFRs and SLOs and serve as final technical authority.
• Drive proactive performance engineering and capacity modeling.
• Build tooling and infrastructure for scalable performance testing.
• Design automated performance test suites and CI/CD integration.
• Architect AI-enabled engineering workflows and guardrails.
• Improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes.
